Damaged &Fault Goods

In very rare cases if your item is damaged or faulty, please make a record with the camera and send the photos to us by email or MSN from the About Us section within 24 hrs. You should send the product back to us in the original packaging in 5 days. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or may offer a refund if the item is not available. Missing Items
While checking and packing the item we also ensure that all items and accessories are included in the package. We appreciate that you open and inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies or missing items must be reported to us by email or MSN from the About Us section 24 hours of receipt by you. All packaging materials must be retained until the discrepancy has been resolved.
Exchange Items
