3216 semi-solid complex restoration material
The polymer (3216 semi-solid complex restoration material), jointly developed by Zhongshun Petrochemical Engineering Equipment Ltd and Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Science (CAS),is formed through three stages under high temperature and high pressure by the raw liquid imported from IST Company in USA. The polymer material can meet the environmental requirements for sulphuric acid corrosion for the equipments specially applied for drying and absorption stages in sulphuric acid industry.
Applications:
This special polymer material can be applied to casting and stop-leaking technologies (a patent technology of Gansu Zhongshun Petrochemical Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd.) for equipments employed in 93 – 105% H2SO4 media in chemical engineering, petroleum, steel industry, non-ferrous metals industry, and electroplating industry.
The benefits of using the special polymer material in restoration and maintenance of the equipments in sulphuric acid media are to:
l solve the leaking problems flexibly, under both site and shutdown conditions.
l joint closely with the steel shell, asbestos plate, and brick lining to form a dense layer to prevent penetration of sulphuric acid.
