Zhanhong Pet Products Co., Ltd. is a specialist in making leashes and collars. We have been in the market since 1991 starting from a small production of shoelaces. With the facilities to make straps and all sorts of narrow fabrics, we were one of the first to produce lanyards in China back in 1998. With the expertise in strap production, we have started producing collars and leashes as early as 2001.

Our innovative LED leashes and collars are ROHS, CE and FCC certified, and is currently being tested for GS and REACH directive compliance. Marketed under the brand name COOLPETS, this product is equipped with lithium ion battery so owners don’t need to replace the batteries, and are supplied with USB cables so you can easily plug it in your pc or any common USB cell phone charger.
With a long history of production expertise, we have kept and sustained our low cost products while continuously upgrading its quality and style.
