2, foam part drawing (in format: IGS, IGES, STP, STEP, X_T, SLDPRT, SLDASM, DWG, DXF, PDF,etc)

3, foam density (20g/L to 120g/L )

4, shrinkage ratio ( %)

5, type of molding machine and its tech data (it should be shown in PDF file drawing or DWG/DXF drawing including diamensions of mould frame, diamensions of core/cavity/back plates, quantity and diamensions of screw holes on the frame and plates, etc)

6, detailed diamentions of mould components (Ejector guide, Ejector pin, Leader pin, Support bar, Filling gun/Feeder, Water pipe connector/joint, Steam/air inlet, Markings, etc)

7, customer's existent molding machine/mould pictures for our reference, if possible
