Grain Conveyor

This kind of conveyor is our new creation, which is famous for its simple structure, small volume, good sealing system, easy installation and maintenance. Meanwhile, according to the procedure, you can install several doors for loading and unloading. This type is applicable to convey barley, wheat, corn, paddy, bean, feed and other things in the form of granular form or powder. It can be used for transporting both on the horizontal conveyors and the conveyors with angle of less than 15o.It's widely used to transport foodstuff in grain tank, oil industry, feed industry, brewing industry and farm ,etc..
Features:
This machine is made up of machine head, amid part, machine tail, entering part and exiting part.
1. Machine head is made up of body, active axis, active chains, power machine, transporting speed reduction system and so on.
2. Machine tail is made up of body, passive axis, passive chains, tensile systems etc.
3.Middle part is made up of body slot, drag chain, cover and so on; they are used for conveying grain.
4. Exiting part and entering part are all made up of the entering flange, connections etc., which can be used for loading and unloading of grain.
Main Points of Installation
1. Make sure the drag chain can move flexibly before installation. Otherwise we should take them apart at once but lubrication is forbidden.
2. Make sure the inside of the body is straight; the connection of every machine part should be sealed closely and straightly. When two bodies are fabricated, it should be regulated by rubber washer if the straight line degree is not satisfying.
3. After the machine body is completely fabricated, we should exam the straight line degree; we can not fix the earth foot by swelled bolts unless it meets the demands of engineering.
4. Welding the top slot with the bottom slot, make sure the slots are in the middle of body and be a straight line and burnish the bottom slot till it becomes even and smooth.
5. Machine Head and tail must be in the middle, make sure active and passive chains are kept paralyzed.
6. To modulate tensile set after the drag chain is installed completely, make the chain?s tensile applicable.
7. Driving systems should be stably fixed on the holder or foundation, the out putting axis of a reduction device should be paralyzed with the conveyor?s heading axis.
Trial work
1. To lubricate the axis, transporting chains and reduction device after the installation is completed,
2. Check the conveyor and take the rubbish away from the machine body
3. When checking work is finished, please make the conveyor work by hand, noticing if the drag chain will deviates from the track or it will crush the machine body. When we make sure it is all right, start the machine firstly, only if it works well can we make it convey emptily. If anything is wrong during convey we must stop the machine immediately and get down adjusting it till everything is fine.
Operation, inspections and maintenance
1. Start the empty conveyor then put material into it at an even speed in case it would overload. Stop adding material before stopping the machine.
2. Checking the machine regularly, once anything is wrong we must get down repairing or refreshing the old spares as soon as possible.
3. The soft and large piece of hard material is forbid to put into the conveyor in case it would damage the equipments or bring in some other accidents.
4. Please regulate the tensile strength of drag chain and transporting chain in time when any of them is too relaxed.
5. The reduction device mainly use oil for lubrication, the best brand should be EP150# mechanical oil or 0# or 00# that can be specially used for reduction device. When the reduction device had trial work there is no oil saved in the machine, only after filling in oil can users start the machine. Oil should be refreshed in 36 hours after machine was first started and clean the inner systems. After then it should be refreshed every half a year.

6. Other bearings should be lubricated every month. Transporting chains and the bolt bars on tensile systems should be lubricated every 45 days.
Order and storage
1. Users should choose the right style?s equipments according to needs and offer place picture, notifying In-feed and out-feed mouth.
2. There should be waterproof & drainage systems in the pit when the conveyor is installed in it, at the same time there should be enough room for repairing and maintenance.
3. Equipments should not be placed in the open air in case it would be blunt.
