Work principle
Once connected with power, the transportation system (available to users? demands) will make the elevating belt move from bottom to the top continually. Then it will get to the bucket that is fixed on the bucket belt and through which materials can be put into the mouth of the loading systems, then the materials will be transported to the elevator head. The elevator head was designed like a parabolic curve so materials can be reclaimed from unloading mouth. Meanwhile the empty bucket will move back to the elevator seat by the drive of bucket belt, once it is full of materials it will be elevated to the top again. Repeatedly like this it can meet the needs of vertical transportation.
Characteristics
1.The machine has a beautiful appearance because of the small body. Although it only cost a little power, the transportation capacity is very large.
2. The structure of transportation system is reasonable and reliable; the rubber that fixed on the head wheel can increase the fricative coefficient
3. The bucket is made of high strength plywood so its life time is long and the volume is large.
4.The bucket belt is made of nylon so the anti-tensile strength is strong 、the extension rate is low and the life time is long.
5. When the power is cut off elevator will stop working but materials won?t fall back down into the seat of the elevator bottom because there is a backspin system installed in the machine. Or if we are checking the machine when it is cut off, the belt will not move back so it can assure the worker is safe enough.
Using and Maintenance
1. We should obey the rule to start & stop the elevator strictly. For instance, offering materials should not be ahead of starting the machine, the amount of the materials can not over elevating capacity; large objects should not be put into the bucket.
2. Please offer material symmetrically in order not to build up inside the machine seat.
3. Stop offering materials firstly; do not stop the elevator until it is totally empty in about 3-5minutes.
4. Once the jam accident occurs, the elevator should be stopped immediately. Open the bottom door to empty the elevator (make sure do not use your hands), then start the machine to load materials again, if there is still anything wrong, stop the machine immediately. 5.
5. After checking the machine &circuit, once you are not sure of the new procedure. Please take out the backspin firstly. Then start the machine if you are sure of the moving direction of power machine is right. It will damage the machine head, power machine, backspin, and head wheel and so on if the moving direction is wrong.
6. We should check the lubricating system and bearing?s temperature regularly check if the bucket belt deviated from the railway or if the tensile of the belt is fine.
