Structure and Feature:
Mini-Extracting & concentrating system in low temperature is mainly used to extract the active ingredients of materials, especially in extracting temperature-sensitive ingredients. The fundamental is to separate the needed element by anticlockwise & clockwise cycle in a proper temperature after mixing the smashing materials & various granules with organic solvent intensively. The granules collide，rub，squeeze each other sharply in the anticlockwise & clockwise cycle of solvent. At the same time, they collide with bubble from asepsis air, which brought by the jet stream in the cycle, separating from the primary solid in a short time. The fractional dose could be higher than 95%. This system finishes the anticlockwise & clockwise extracting progress under the hermetic & ordinary pressure, integrating with the advanced modern technology --- automatic controlling technology with convenient operation & good controllability. It has many characteristics, such as high extraction efficiency, fast extraction rate & high pertinence. And it is a perfect equipment to extract special element in R& D institution, pharmacy, food, sugar, drink& fine chemical engineering.
It consists of extracting tank, storage tank, condenser, heater, evaporator, oil-water separator, intermediate tank，manipulation platform, cycle pump, vacuum pump etc. The user can use in a single unit or multiunit (parallel connection or series connection). Generally, multiunit can be three units, five units, six units and seven units. Three-units have three extracting tanks, with three storage tanks& three cycling pumps. Five units are collocating five relevant equipments, so do six units& seven units. Each unit collocate a special designed heating system and could be controlled automatically by computer in accordance with different technological processes. In sum, the full system has convenient and fast operation, small occupation square, convenient cleaning energy conservation & high efficiency.

Can be used to extract essence oil, alcohol and other valuable contents in herbs or other materials.
