Our factory has 1250t, 3150t open die hydraulic press. The max forging weight is 40 tons. Our factory has advanced processing machines, including CNC lathe, CNC boring machine, deep shaft heat treatment furnace etc. We could supply final machined wind turbine shafts.

We have a series of inspection equipment and test appliance, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, utrasonic test, magnetic article test etc.
All of the ingot is melted by LF + VD furnace. We could choose ESR raw material according to the customers' requirements.
