The rolls are manufactured under quenching and tempering processes of high temperature . During the tempering process, secondary hardening is used to reach hardness of 60-63HRC, 61-64 HRC, 63-66HRC etc, for different work rolls . High hardness tool steel and die steel are used as raw materials for Sendzimir intermediate roll. The rolls are also manufactured under quenching and tempering process of high temperature.
