Overview
Slurry valve is a soft sealed vertical separation valve with light weight and integrated structure. Because of regular port design, there is little flowing resistance. Operation can be done manually or pneumatically. Conical blade on gate head brings strong shear strength while rubber seat is ideal for double-way sealing. When valve is fully open, medium won’t enter valve cavity and accumulate there.
Application
Metal seal valve can be used on various pipeline of pressure Class 150-Class 1500, PN16-PN160, JIS10K-JIS20K, to cut off or connect medium in the line. The choice of different materials can be applied to non-corrosive medium, respectively, weak corrosive media, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media, especially for medium containing solid particles, slurry, coal, ash and other harsh conditions. The operating of metal seal valve can be manual, worm gear, pneumatic or electric. Metal seal valve commonly are used flange connection. It can also be welded convection, socket weld, threaded connections and wafer.
Design featuresGateThe conical blade at gate head has strong cutting strength. After precise polishing, the gate surface is plated with chrome, hence strong anti-wearing ability and corrosion resistance.
Inner packing boxIt’s convenient for packing and regular maintenance.
Valve bodyTwo-piece split body makes sure there is no gap between valve body and gate and particles have no way to enter valve cavity, let alone to block it.
Sealing seata. It’s die casted by rubber. Supportive metal ring also helps prevent deformation.

Bleeding device at valve bottomThere’s removable bonnet at the bottom. After some time of use, one can remove it to clean particle residues in valve.
