General Description:
S series split case pumps are single-stage double-suction centrifugal pumps with horizontal split casing. They are widely used for water
supply & drainage in fields of factories, cities, mines, power stations and farmlands
as well as water conservancy. They are provided for delivering clear water without
solid particles or other liquid which is physically and chemically similar to clear water.
The temperature of the liquid is 0°C~80°C. Permissible maximum inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.
Performance range:
Capacity: 72~20000m3/h
Head: 11 ~ 186m
Instruction of pump type:
For example: 300S19A
300: Inlet diameter is 300mm
S: Single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump with horizontal split casing.
19: Max Head
A: A, B, C separately represents that outer diameter of impeller is changed the first,
the second and the third time.
Structure:
S series pumps are horizontally installed, the casing and the cover of pump are
divided along the axis. The pump cover is above the shaft and the casing is under
the shaft. The inlet and the outlet are under the shaft. The centerline of inlet and
outlet is perpendicular to the axis. The rotor elements will be removed without
disturbing the inlet piping and the outlet piping, only dismantling the pump cover
while maintenance. The shaft seal uses packing seal or mechanical seal.
The direction of rotation:
Looking from the motor to the pump, i.e. the pump inlet is on the left and the outlet
is on the right. The rotation of pump is clockwise. The driver (motor) can be connected
with the other end of pump shaft according to customers’requirements, meantime, the rotation, the direction of inlet and outlet are opposite
to the above-mentioned rotating .
Material of main parts:
The medium-contacting parts are made of cast iron.
The material of impeller: cast steel /brass /according to customer’s requirements.
